I feel that this is something not talked about more often in Tech (games industry include).
The games industry tends to favour the young and passionate. But there is something to be said of older members brining in wisdom and the experience.
I feel both the young and old have value and things to learn from each other. Thos that can stay long show they are adaptable to change and surviving the rollercoaster ride.
Who knows this is something coming to me at the back of my head as I get older and want to work in games in my later years so many things are stacked against me in terms of health and energy.
