The Whole talk mostly revolved around the market and economics currently.
Here are some Key Points:
What is the Economics of the market? Is there more supply than demand? Is there too much of something that it will cause the demand to go down?
What are you selling?
In terms of Career either get into "Design" or "Marketing"
There is a U Curve at the bottom is Production which is getting lower cost.
Marketing the is the glue / lubricant between the product and the market
We have to sell that is what concept art is selling ideas or what the entertainment industry is about. You have to convince that people the idea is good.
For Games: AI impact on Game Dev
I find that AI will enhance programming and code generation.
AI Based Agents roaming the virtual world.

I think at this stage a lot of the AI I see are just too specialised. Which makes me think its better to be a generalist with a basket of skills and make stuff with a combination that it can't do.
to me the narrtive of AI is Automation and Machine learning to do specialised tasks. I hope it can offload task in art production but
